Order Confirmation: To secure your order with Sweet Treatz by Jasmin Rai, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value must be paid. Your order will be considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance of your order must be paid in full at least one week in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Credit Vouchers: In certain situations, credit vouchers may be considered instead of refunds, depending on the circumstances.
